On Cuanto you can also offer your house for rent. We have an incredibly large platform with many potential tenants. This may be for short term rentals (vacation) or long term. You pay an annual $185. It does not matter if you rent your house 10 times a year or 20 times, the price remains the same.

The rental requests come without the intervention of Cuanto in the mailbox of the landlord. Landlords are hereby free to set their own prices, anc can choose which tenants they want. You are completely free to define your own rules. This way, we make renting out your house easy but let you maintain control.
